Calm Nerves sells digital downloadable products — specifically PDF workbooks and guides — designed for educational and personal development purposes.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from calm-nerves.com. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Products and delivery
All products sold on calm-nerves.com are digital downloads delivered as PDF files. No physical product will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link. Downloads are typically available within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us at support@calm-nerves.com.
Our PDF products are compatible with any device capable of opening PDF files, including iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, and PC.
Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or reproduce any part of our products without our express written permission.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
4. Refund policy
Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.
We offer a 48-hour support guarantee: if you experience any technical issue accessing or opening your download within 48 hours of purchase, contact us at support@calm-nerves.com and we will resolve it promptly.
If you have not yet downloaded your file and wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual property
All content on calm-nerves.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, product content, worksheets, and prompts — is the intellectual property of Calm Nerves and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may not:
